The subject of the contract is the performance of a nature expert opinion on the assessment of the conservation status of conservation objects for Natura 2000 sites, referred to below as part of project No FENX.01.05-IW.01-0106/24 entitled: ‘Updating Natura 2000 management plans with monitoring’ for 3 sites. It consists in carrying out an expert opinion on the assessment of the conservation status of birds and natural habitats in Natura 2000 areas: 1) Barlinek Forest PLB080001, 2) Robotic Bory near Brzózki PLH080031, 3) Babimojskie Bory PLH080063. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 lots. The Ordering Party shall allow partial tenders to be submitted for one, several and/or all parts according to the designated areas. The detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract are contained in the CIP, which is Annex No 9 to the FTZ. and in the model Agreement, which is Annex No 8 to the FTZ. In the correspondence addressed to the Contracting Authority, the Contractors should use the number of the procedure in question: WIOŚ.261.58.2025.KD2
