Udbuddet vedrører indkøb af geotekniske undersøgelser og jordhåndteringsopgaver til Thy Spildevand A/S og Thy Drikkevand A/S. Den forventede årlige omsætning på aftalen udgør: DKK 750.000,00 ekskl. moms. ABR-18 (Almindelige betingelser for Rådgivning og Bistand fra 2018) finder anvendelse på aftaleforholdet, medmindre andet fremgår af udbudsmaterialet. Eventuelle fravigelser, ændringer eller tilføjelser til ABR-reglerne er angivet i ”Udkast til rammeaftale inkl. bilag” og særskilt i bilag 4 – ABR-18 med tilføjelser og fravigelser.
