Description

As part of the extension project is Terminal 1 to accommodate 3 mpax and meet the security standards of hold baggage control (standard 3), SAGPC is launching an EOM Engineering and Architecture competition. In view of the complexity of the transaction, the buyer requires a group consisting of:
(1) architect (s) including an authorised representative with airport references;
(2) terminal airport engineering (registration/passenger flow/departure/arrival control/safety/security/access control/video surveillance/IT/new technologies (parafe, DBA, BLS, automated boarding, Big Data, etc.);
(3) structural engineering (concrete, metal, etc.);
(4) electrical engineering, fluids, high current, low current, acoustics, HVAC, SSI coordination, fire safety, accessibility, etc.;
(5) construction economics;
(6) BIM Management in a complex project;
(7) Interior architect specialising in public spaces;
(8) sustainable development engineering;
(9) public procurement expert with Marcoweb software for the full management of the consultation, for all contracts. The work will be spread over a period of 6 years from 2020 to 2025.
