The subject of the contract is a study entitled: Status and development perspectives and barriers of career counselling carried out in educational institutions of PSZ institutions of higher education in the Zachodniopomorskie voivodship. The main aim of the State and developmental perspectives and barriers of career counseling, carried out in educational institutions of PSZ of universities in Zachodniopomorskie Province, is to diagnose the current state, developmental perspectives and barriers in the functioning of career counseling in Zachodniopomorskie Province. The purpose of the study is to: -assessment of the quality and availability of career counselling services, -identification of organisational, competence, institutional and systemic barriers in the area of career counselling, -recognition of the needs of career counsellors and recipients of their services, -collection of data to develop recommendations for career counselling and guidance development policy.
