Description

Hilfsweise muss auf die Standardanwendung zugegriffen werden, da für die elektronische Vergabe das Musterblatt für soziale und andere besondere Dienstleistungen nicht angeboten wird. Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Heranführung von Jugendlichen an den Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt und die Feststellung, Verringerung oder Beseitigung von Vermittlungshemmnissen. Zielsetzung der Maßnahme ist es, Jugendliche so zu fördern, dass sie nach Möglichkeit und persönlicher Eignung entweder 1. im Anschluss an die Maßnahme an einer berufsvorbereitenden Bildungsmaßnahme teilnehmen können oder 2. die Ausbildungsreife erneut erreichen bzw. stabilisieren sowie dazu befähigt werden, unmittelbar im Anschluss der Maßnahme eine Ausbildung aufzunehmen oder 3. dazu befähigt werden, eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung aufzunehmen. Gesetzliche Grundlage der Leistung ist § 16 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 2 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 und 2 SGB III. Die Maßnahme beginnt am 1.9.2020 und endet am 31.8.2021. Die Leistung ist in 2 Lose aufgeteilt und an den Maßnahmeorten Weißwasser mit 16 Teilnehmerplätzen und Löbau mit 12 Teilnehmerplätzen zu erbringen. Die Losaufteilung ist dem Losblatt zu entnehmen.
