Description

‘Supply of printing services for public service sheets in Szeged’ under a works contract. Main quantitative and qualitative data: • Name: Szegedi Tükör • Number of copies per publication: 80.000 pcs (fixed quantity per printing session) • Scope: 12 pages • Size: 315*450 mm • Colour distribution: 4+4 colours • Brightness 59 • Printing procedure: Rotary offset Scope of the contract: From 03 February 2025 to 1 March 2026. Based on an individual order of the contracting authority, basically on a weekly basis. During the period covered by the contract, the Contracting Authority shall be obliged to order the printing service at least 45 times, in addition to which it shall be entitled to order the printing service seven times, as specified in the procurement documents. The contracting authority shall be free to determine the week during which it requests the performance of the printing service during the period covered by the contract. The contracting authority states that it is entitled to deviate from the specified 12-page length no more than 5 times during the entire duration of the contract, thus ordering copies of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 pages. The winning Bidder shall print the given issue number in a specified number of copies and deliver it to the location agreed with the distributing Contractor in Szeged no later than 3 days after the sending of the content by the Contracting Authority.
