Description

Der Neubau der Leibniz-Universität Hannover befindet sich in der "Nordstadt" Hannovers. An der Straße Im Moore, nach Osten, wird der Neubau fünfgeschossig ausgebildet. OK Attika + 19,32 (EFH = + 0.00 = 54,76 üNN). Zum Welfengarten, nach Westen, hin wird der Forschungsbau abgestuft. Der dreigeschossige Gebäudeflügel vermittelt einen Übergang zum Park. Die Geschossebenen orientieren sich am Bestand, sodass ein Unter- bzw. Sockelgeschoss und ein erhöhtes Erdgeschoss entsteht. Der Anschluss an den Bestand erfolgt durch einen Rücksprung innerhalb des Dachraumprofiles. Der neue Baukörper schließt im Norden "u"-förmig an das benachbarte Gebäude 1146 der Universität an. In der Mitte ergibt sich somit ein Innenhof für Belichtung zwischen Neubau und Bestand. Neben den damit einhergehenden Änderungen am Bestand umfasst die Baumaßnahme auch das 1. Obergeschoss des Gebäudes 1146. Dieses wird neu ausgebaut und funktional dem neuen Forum für Wissenschaftsreflexion verbunden. Siehe Luftbild in der Anlage zum LV. Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme werden Metallinnentüren ausgeschrieben.
