Description

1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of small laboratory equipment for organisational units of the Piastów Śląskie Medical University in Wrocław. The subject-matter of the contract has been divided into 11 separate lots, each of which is assessed separately and includes the items indicated in the description of the subject-matter of the individual lots. 2. The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet (Annex 2, Parts 1 to 11 of the FTZ). The contracting authority requires that the products offered meet the requirements contained in the Technical Information Sheet. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract are set out in the Model Contract (Annex 4 to the FTZ).
