Description

1. The subject of the contract is ‘Reception, recovery and disposal of sewage sludge, sand and scrap’. 2. The Contracting Authority accepts the possibility of submitting partial tenders for individual tasks: A. Task 1 Sewage sludge – collection, recovery or disposal of waste: 1) The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and recovery by composting (recovery process – R3) of stabilised municipal sewage sludge of approx. 20% p.m. dehydrated on the decanter centrifuge (waste code: 19 08 05) from the waste water treatment plant in Muszyna. 2) At the time of collection by the Contractor's own means of transport, the Contractor shall become the holder and assume full responsibility for the manner of their further management, including transport and treatment, which should be in accordance with the permits held, including the decision authorising the collection, transport, recovery and disposal of waste under codes 19 08 05. The order must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste and implementing acts. 3) The Ordering Party estimates that in 2026 there will be approx. 600 Mg of municipal sewage sludge. B. Task 2 sand and scraps – collection, recovery or disposal of waste: 1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of waste collection and disposal services with codes in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue, i.e.: scrap 19-08-01 in the estimated quantity: a) 24 Mg (tonne) from the waste water treatment plant in Muszyna b) 5 Mg (tonne) from the waste water treatment plant in Andrzejówka c) 5 Mg tonnes) from the waste water treatment plant in Żegiestów and the content of sandboxes 19-08-02 in the estimated quantity: a) 14 Mg (tonne) from the waste water treatment plant in Muszyna b) 3 Mg (tonne) from the waste water treatment plant in Andrzejówka c) 3 Mg (tonne) from the waste water treatment plant in Żegiestów 2) The amount of waste generated depends on the quantity and quality of waste water entering the treatment plants.
