The working investment project should be presented in 4 (four) original copies on paper, signed by the respective designers and 1 (one) electronic CD. 2. Construction works (CMP): The execution of the construction and installation works shall begin after the entry into force of the respective building permit and shall be carried out according to the approved investment project. The construction works shall be carried out in accordance with Part III ‘Construction’ of the Spatial Planning Act. The contractor performs construction works for the site in accordance with the issued construction papers, the terms of the contract and the requirements of Articles 163 and 163a of the Spatial Development Act. The circumstances related to the start, implementation and commissioning (acceptance) of the construction works for the implementation of the activities envisaged by the investment project will be certified by drawing up and signing by the participants of the relevant acts and protocols in accordance with Ordinance No 3 of 2003 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction. All models of documents concerning the investment process will be signed, except by the participants mentioned above and by the authorised representative of the SB. 3. Author's supervision: In connection with the exact observance of the investment project in the implementation of the construction and installation works, the Contractor, through individual authorized persons, authors of the applicable project documentation by parts, should exercise author's supervision in accordance with the requirements of Article 162 of the Spatial Development Act and the contract for implementation. Supervision by designers - authors of individual parts of the working project, ensures the correct implementation of the project, compliance with architectural, technological and construction rules and norms, as well as the preparation of project documentation for commissioning of the site. The performance of the contract should comply with the requirements and principles laid down in the NRRPs.
