Description

Die Leistung umfasst ein LDIR-System inklusive Messrechner und Steuerungs-/Auswertesoftware sowie die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung des Gerätes vor Ort. Das LDIR muss über folgende Ausstattung verfügen: Als Lichtquelle muss ein durchstimmbarer Laser (QCL) dienen, der während der Messung automatisch auf die zu untersuchenden Partikel fokussiert wird. Zur Vermeidung von Artefakten im Spektrum muss das Gerät über eine Reflexionsunterdrückung verfügen. Neben der Datenaufnahme im Reflexionsmodus muss ein ATR Objektiv für die Aufnahme von Spektren mit großer örtlicher Auflösung (0.1 μm pro Pixel) vorhanden sein. Der Detektor muss ohne Kühlmittel
Wie Flüssigstickstoff betrieben werden können. Für eine detaillierte optische Untersuchung von Partikeln muss eine Hochauflösende Kamera (min. 20 MP) im Gerät verbaut sein. Zum Schutz vor Kontaminationen muss es sich bei dem Messgerät um ein geschlossenes System handeln, das auf eine Standardlaborbank passt. Die Steuerungs- und Auswertesoftware muss die Partikel in der Probe automatisch erfassen, vermessen und über implementierte Auswerteroutinen mittels Datenbankabgleich identifizieren.
