Description

Sansia Oy will establish a dynamic sourcing system for its owner-customers that targets operating platforms, examination tables and chairs, as well as other movable hospital furniture, such as hospital trolleys, patient tables, instrument trolleys, bag racks and fluid racks. The purchase does not include hospital beds. This dynamic purchasing system can be utilized by all Sansia's owner-customers by commissioning us or answering a possible participation survey on the Subscriber Portal. In-system tendering is carried out as a package according to the customer's needs, either as joint or separate procurements. The procurement is prepared by a working group made up of organisations that have registered as subscribers together with Sansia. Sansia Oy accepts all applicants who have submitted a request to participate in the system and who meet the suitability requirements set for tenderers. Procurement shall be carried out within the dynamic purchasing system by means of separate calls for tenders. The DPS ends on 31 December 2035. At the stage of setting up a dynamic purchasing system, the time limit for submitting a request to participate shall be at least 30 days from the date on which the contract notice is sent for publication. During the start-up phase, no competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system can be carried out. The procurement phase will start towards the end of 2025 and the first procurements are planned to take place in 2026. You can apply for the system as a supplier for the entire duration of the system. Applying to the system does not mean directly participating in the procurements to be put out to tender, but the tenderer must submit a tender separately after approval for the tenders to be opened. Contract-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents are available to operators approved for the dynamic system at the time of the opening of the tendering procedure. It is not possible to submit a tender for existing contracts, i.e. contracts that have already been put out to tender, before the tendering procedure is reopened.
