chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.Le marché alloti confie au titulaire les prestations suivantes dont les modalités d'exécution sont détaillées au Cctp :- p1 : Fourniture d'énergie de chauffage, Ecs et cuisson (Gaz naturel, propane et bois)- p2 : Maintenance, conduite, suivi et contrôle des installations techniques- p3 : Gros entretien, renouvellement et garantie totale des installations- travaux accessoires réalisés dans le cadre du marchéles prestations seront rémunérées à la fois par application de prix forfaitaires et par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans l'annexe 3 technico-économique à l'acte d'engagement.Pour le P1, le marché est passé à prix unitaires s'agissant d'un marché de comptage avec un prix à la "Molécule".Pour le P2, le P3 et les travaux accessoires, le marché est passé à prix forfaitaire.Le marché contient une clause d'intéressement appliquée sur les consommations de chauffage
