1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents (hereinafter: ‘subject matter of the contract’). The subject of the contract includes 6 tasks (partial tenders). 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1a to the Tender Form – Price Form/Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. The contract is financed under contract No 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0028/24-00 of 06.03.2025, Project: "An early detection test for abdominal aortic aneurysms based on predictive molecular biomarkers" funded by the European Union from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan – Component D Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health system, which is part of Investment D3.1.1 entitled "Comprehensive development of research in medical sciences and health sciences". 4. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractors to lodge a security. 5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. 6.
