Description

the Carnot lycée de Dijon is made up of several buildings, most of which date from the end of the 19th century.
External joinery, which is mostly original, has safety problems and is permeable and phonetically inefficient.
There are also weaknesses in the façades: stone, bricks and coated elements threaten to become detached and cause some infiltration.
The Regional Council has therefore decided to launch a large-scale renovation of the façades and joinery.
As part of this operation, the enclosure walls on the rue du Lycée must be taken into account (sanding, any masonry retakes, etc.).
This contract will entrust the contractor with a task of supervising the MOP Law, comprising the DIAG, aps, apd, pro, act, quantitative elements for all lots, DET, AOR and OPC. This task is described in the specifications available for download from the website listed below.
In addition, this school will soon undergo an energy diagnosis.
Consequently, the contractor responsible for the project management, which is the subject of this consultation, must comply with the recommendations made by the firm which has carried out this diagnosis, recommendations which may be different from and/or complementary to the expectations set out in the note presenting this operation.
