Managed Detection and Response (MDR) system
The municipalities of Elves, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Vaksdal, Samnanger, Gulen, Sveio and Tysnes have established a joint ICT operational company, IKT Nordhordland municipal co-operation (IKTNH). SYSIKT, which includes the municipalities of Askvoll, Fjaler, Hyllestad, Høyanger, Solund, Vik and Sunnfjord, has entered into an agreement for the co-procurement of an MDR system. IKT Nordfjord, which includes the municipalities of Bremanger, Gloppen, Kinn, Stad and Stryn, has entered into an agreement for co-procurement of the MDR system. Municipal and intermunicipal companies shall be able to benefit from the contract and the contract ́s terms. IKTNH, SYSIKT and IKT Nordfjord would like to enter into a contract with a provider of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. The service shall include i.a. detecting, analysing, investigating, responding and mitigating of identified cyber threats. Included in the agreement is the tenderer's ability to provide a service that also focusses on preventive work to strengthen the information security in the ICT cooperation. Information security is a high priority at the ICT cooperation. We expect suppliers to handle information and IT security risks, implement sensible and appropriate security measures and follow industry standards and best practice.
