Design, execution of works and technical assistance by the designer for the objective ‘Construction of recreational infrastructure’ The need and opportunity of the proposed investment objective ‘Construction of recreational infrastructure’ were defined in terms of several criteria, the most important being the need for a space with a basic sports function, which complies with the health and hygiene rules in force, with a minimum of facilities and in which various sports activities (football, athletics, fitness, etc.) can be organised. The development of the space will be reflected in particular in the improvement of living conditions for students and the increase in the attractiveness of this area – it is one of the basic prerequisites underlying this project. The purpose of the investment includes: • Relaunching physical education and sports activities for all students enrolled in USV Iasi; • Stimulating interest in sporting activities; • Increase education, socialisation and health; • Raising the standard of living of students; • Possibility to carry out sports activities in correlation with university curricula; • Increase in the number of students participating in sporting competitions. Investing in a university's recreational infrastructure can open up a range of opportunities for complementary activities that benefit both students and the entire academic community. The modern sports base, the recreational infrastructure built through this project, will be able to host sports competitions between the teams of the universities in the country. Thus, the involvement of students in sports and the development of team spirit will increase. The public procurement contract shall be amended during its period of validity in accordance with Article 221 of Law No 98/2016. Modification of the contract during its period of validity, other than in the cases and conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016, shall be carried out by organising a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. Clarifications: Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 17 days. NOTE: Under Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, in so far as clarifications are requested in good time, the contracting authority’s reply to those requests will be published in SEAP on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders (see the deadlines in the contract notice published in SEAP). The consolidated reply to the clarifications sent by the economic operators will be published in S.E.A.P. at www.e-licitatie.ro, without revealing the identity of the person who requested the clarifications.
