Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the successive delivery of ink ink and consumables to faxes for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łódź, according to the quantity and type indicated in Annex 2 to the contract.
TOR. The quantities of the range to be procured, as shown in Annex 2 to the ToR, are estimated quantities used to calculate the price of the tender and may change during the performance of the contract. The final amount of the individual appropriations will be based on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority and its budgetary resources and, in the event of smaller needs, they cannot give rise to claims by the Contractor. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
