1. The subject of the contract is the supply of microtomic razors and autopsy blades for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. The procedure consists of two parts. 2. A detailed description, assortment and estimated quantities are included in the assortment and price form Annex 2 to the Invitation. 3. The Contractor, by filling in the entries in the column ‘Describe YES/NO’ and ‘Describe the parameters offered’, confirms compliance with the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, if applicable. 4.
