Upphandling av entreprenör som ska utföra ett forsknings och utvecklings projekt gällande inblandningspelare och testa olika bindemedel. Entreprenör skall testa olika bindemedel på en plats som TRV har utsett. Tester skall utföras tillsammans med TRV och forskare på plats. Arbetet beräknas ta max en vecka.
