PURCHASE OF WINTER-TIME MAINTENANCE SERVICES (DESPENSIONS), FLOWERS 1-19 with vehicles and machinery with qualified service personnel, adequately equipped for snow removal
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
In order to meet the requirements necessary for road traffic to be carried out in complete safety and comfort, as well as for the preservation of the road heritage, the County Road Manager performs maintenance and repair works and services for the county roads in summer and winter. Since the number of specific equipment in the Company's endowment does not ensure the necessary coverage/performance of the activity during the winter, it is necessary to purchase snow removal services for the winter 2025/2026. According to the necessity report received, for better management, the procedure is divided into 19 lots, by areas within the county. The duration of the contract is 121 (sixty-one) days after its signature by the parties. The amounts presented are ESTIMATIVE. Contract conditions appear in the Model Contract which will be made available to tenderers in the Tender Document. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested by the economic operators interested in the procedure, before the deadline for submission of tenders: 16. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. This public procurement procedure is initiated under the following condition: SUSPENSIONAL CLAUSIS: The conclusion of the public procurement contract is conditional on the allocation of budgetary funds from the Maramures County Council, the contract being signed in compliance with the provisions of Order 1792/2002 approving the Methodological Norms on the commitment, liquidation, authorisation and payment of expenditure of public institutions, as well as the organization, record-keeping and reporting of budgetary and legal commitments. The Contracting Authority states that it will conclude the contract with the successful tenderer only to the extent that the funds necessary for the procurement will be provided by the allocation of funds from Maramureș County Council. If, for any reason, funds cannot be approved as indicated in this section, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to apply the provisions of Article 212(1)(c) of Law 98/2016. Tenderers in this procedure accept that the Contracting Authority cannot be held liable for any damage in case of cancellation of the award procedure, regardless of its nature and regardless of whether the Contracting Authority has been notified of the existence of such damage. The tenderers in this procedure assume full responsibility for any damage they may suffer if the clause is applied. The period during which the standstill clause applies shall be 6 months from the date of transmission of the outcome communications. We advise tenderers to extend the validity of their tender by taking this provision into account, at the sole request of the contracting authority , if it finds itself in a situation where the standstill clause applies.
