Property and liability insurance and vehicle insurance
The subject-matter of this contract is the provision of services consisting of: (a) Asset and liability insurance (‘Asset and liability insurance’). The subject matter is, in particular, insurance of immovable and movable property, insurance of liability for damage or other damage; Insurance against liability for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle (mandatory liability) and accident insurance of vehicles (hereinafter referred to as ‘mandatory liability and accident insurance’). Liability insurance covers the contracting authority and the contributory organisations established by it listed in Annex 8 – List of co-insured entities. These entities are insured under the same conditions as the contracting authority for the entire duration of the insurance contract, i.e. from its very beginning. Insurance of the assets of contributory organisations and other co-insured entities will be included in the insurance gradually during the first year of the insurance contract, following the termination of the existing insurance contracts of these organisations, as specified in Annex 7 to the ZD. In accordance with Section 35 of the Act, the public contract is divided into two parts, namely: a) Property and liability insurance - Part 1; Compulsory Liability and Accident Insurance — Part 2. The subject of the insurance will be secured by the conclusion of insurance contracts for a period of 48 months with the possibility of automatic extension, for each part of the contract separately. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract, even repeatedly, on condition that the agreed terms and conditions, in particular the prices and discounts provided, are maintained.
