Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out works related to the temporary equipment in the framework of the project to extend the tram network to the Place du Quatre Septembre in Marseille. It is a framework works agreement. It is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement lays down all the contractual stipulations, it will be executed as and when order forms are issued under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
