The municipality of Nonnweiler (hereinafter: "Licensor") has the goal of providing comprehensive, high-performance access to gigabit networks. In addition, the grantor pursues the goal of strengthening its business location and ensuring the competitiveness of its companies. Therefore, a concession contract is to be concluded with a telecommunications company for the construction and operation of gigabit networks and the provision of retail services in the areas specified below.
