Description

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of cakes and bread divided into tasks: Activity 1 – Supply of frozen fruit and vegetables and ice cream; Activity 2 – Supply of fish. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
