le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la mise en place pour le Brgm d'un centre de supportet d'assistance aux utilisateurs dans le cadre du système de déclaration des mouvements dedéchets.Une forte synergie devra exister entre les équipes du Titulaire et les équipes du Brgm.Les objectifs attendus pour ce support, dans la durée sont : une augmentation globale duniveau de services offerts aux utilisateurs ; une diminution du nombre d'incidents ; uneaugmentation du taux de résolution et une traçabilité du traitement des demandes
