4.1. The subject of the contract is Stage I of the supply of equipment under the project: “OSP for the environment. Cross-border action to prevent the effects of climate change’ 4.2. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall provide: 1) 31 pcs. floating motor pumps, 2) 24 pcs. slurry pumps with 110 sockets, 3) 23 pcs. power generators. 4.2.1. The subject-matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of brand new equipment, 2) technological start-up of the subject of the contract in the presence of the Ordering Party's representatives, 3) training of at least 156 personnel indicated by the Ordering Party in the terms of use, maintenance and operation of the delivered subject of the contract, the training will be confirmed by a certificate. 4) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish), 5) providing along with the order the required instruction in Polish,
