la loi no 2007- 308 du 05 mars 2007 portant réforme de la protection juridique des majeurs vise notamment à mettre en place un dispositif d'accompagnement social et budgétaire dénommé Mesure d'accompagnement Social Personnalisé (M.A.S.P.)Pour les personnes majeures.La M.A.S.P. Prend la forme d'un contrat signé entre le bénéficiaire et le Département et a pour but de garantir le maintien du bénéficiaire dans son logement et rétablir pour le bénéficiaire les conditions d'une gestion autonome de son budget. La M.A.S.P. Est graduée en fonction de la situation financière du bénéficiaire et de son degré d'adhésion à cette mesure
