Das denkmalgeschützte (Baujahr 1885), leerstehende Gebäude der ’Baumwollspinnerei‘ soll für Zwecke der öffentlichen Verwaltung mit Museumsnutzung saniert und umgebaut werden. Hierzu sind im Rahmen des Vitrinenbaus und Museumsausbaus die hier beschriebenen Vitrinen- (Stahl/Glas) und Schreinerarbeiten erforderlich.
