Die Stadibau GmbH beabsichtigt auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen McGraw-Kaserne ein neues Wohnquartier zu errichten.
Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen:
