Description

1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of a set of hydrogen tanks with a compressor. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the sale, delivery, unloading, bringing, assembly and installation by an authorized service of the manufacturer of all elements of the subject of the contract at the Ordering Party's headquarters and training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of the delivered equipment. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is defined in the following annexes: 1) Annex 1A to the FTZ – ‘Summary of contract costs’ form; 2) Annex No 8 to the FTZ – Technical parameters. This contract is implemented as part of the project entitled: ‘Development of research infrastructure in innovative areas of pharmaceutical and low-carbon technologies under Łukasiewicz – IChP – ‘Kampus Mościcki’ [implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP)].
