The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Łagiewniki and their management, as well as the creation, maintenance and operation of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point and the Residents Service Office in Łagiewniki. The scope of this contract includes: collection and management, i.e. recovery or disposal of waste indicated in the description of the contract from real estate located in the municipality of Łagiewniki, where residents live in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable waste sent for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2024, item 399 as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by Resolution No 5995/VI/22 of the Lower Silesian Regional Assembly of 10 October 2022 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Dolnośląskie Province for the years 2023-2028 and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Łagiewniki Commune approved by Resolution No LXIX/393/23 of the Łagiewniki Municipal Council of 9 May 2023 on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Łagiewniki Commune (i.e. OJ Urz.
