As of 1 September 2025, the Municipality of Coevorden wishes to re-tender the accounting services, whereby the municipality is looking for a pragmatic, constructive and innovative cooperation partner. The services envisaged consist of the following elements: • The certifying function, aimed at providing an audit opinion on the annual accounts. This includes the annexes to the ‘single information single audit’; • The natural advisory function, arising from and inextricably linked to the certification function; • Administrative supporter of the municipal council; • Implementation of the interim control; • General support on issues or provide feedback on them; • Adviser of the Board of Mayors and Aldermen with regard to (administrative) information provision insofar as this results from the interim and annual accounts audits; • Providing an audit opinion on various sub-declarations.
