PUBLIC CALL FOR COMPETITION pursuant to the provisions of Decree No. 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011 on the participation of local authorities and their public institutions in the financing of additional social protection for their employees. THIS CONSULTATION IS NOT A PUBLIC MARKET. UNDER THIS TITLE, IT DOES NOT HOLD THE PUBLIC ORDER CODE. This consultation concerns the implementation of an optional "provident" participation agreement for all staff of the Allier Departmental Council with effect from 1 January 2025. This consultation will result in the establishment of an optional membership contract after a call for competition pursuant to the provisions of Decree No. 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011.
