The subject of the contract is the provision of export services of large-scale waste, post-renovation waste, debris, green waste, leaves and other municipal waste stored on the property, managed by the ZBiLK in Szczecin, as specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2020, item 10) the codes: 20 01 21, 20 01 33, 20 01 35, 20 02 01, 20 02 02, 20 02 03, 20 03 07, 20 03 99, 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 01 82 2. The provision of services shall consist, in particular, in: 1) collection from the property, removal from the attic, removal from the basement, from the premises or other room indicated by the ordering party, of the dimensions and other waste therein, 2) collection from the ground of debris, leaves and other waste, if there is a need to transport with a wheelbarrow, loading on the car into a container or other container to its full capacity (minimum 6 m3), 3) transport of dimensions, waste, impurities in a way that does not cause pollution of the environment or danger to other participants of the road to the places of collection, storage of waste, 4) informing the authorized representative of the ordering party about the performance of the service, in order to enable inspection activities and obtain confirmation of the correct performance of the service.
