The subject of Lot 1 includes the following activities for the site: - Exercising construction supervision during construction until the adoption and commissioning of the construction within the mandatory scope regulated by the Spatial Planning Act and the secondary legislation on its implementation, including inspection and control of the construction products delivered and used in the construction, which ensure the implementation of the basic requirements for construction works in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Technical Requirements for Products Act, as well as coordination of the construction process until the commissioning of the construction, including control of the quantities, quality and conformity of the performed construction and installation works with the contract for the implementation of the engineering of the site, as well as the other activities subject to the engineering contract; - Performing the functions of a Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when carrying out construction and installation works, incl. fulfilling all the obligations of the Contracting Authority provided for in that Regulation; - Preparation of a final report on the construction in accordance with Article 168(6) of the Spatial Planning Act and Regulation No 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, and an updated technical passport for the construction in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Planning Act and Regulation No 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of construction works; - Management of the processes of commissioning until the issuance of a Permit for use; - Liability under Art. 168, para 7 of the Spatial Development Act until the expiry of the warranty periods for the respective types of construction works. The subject of Lot No 2 includes the assessment of compliance with the essential requirements for construction works on all parts of the investment project, in volume and content in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act, including conformity assessment and technical control of the Construction Part in accordance with Article 142(10) of the Spatial Planning Act and the preparation of a comprehensive report on the conformity assessments carried out. The Contractor shall assist the Contracting Authority in the procedure for coordination and approval of the investment project and issuance of a building permit. The detailed description of the requirements for the participants is laid down in the Technical Specifications.
