Description

Die Kaufmännische Krankenkasse - KKH (im Folgenden KKH) verfolgt das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen Rabattverträge nach § 130a Absatz 8 SGB V über den Wirkstoff/ die Wirkstoffe im Rahmen eines sogenannten "Open-House-Verfahrens" abzuschließen. Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss bzw. Beitritt zu einem Rabattvertrag nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu dem o.g. Wirkstoff angeboten. Interessierte pharmazeutische Unternehmen können dazu bei der unter l.1. genannten Kontaktadresse die Teilnahmeunterlagen sowie den Vertrag anfordern.
