Description

The subject matter of this contract includes the provision of fumigation, disinfestation and deratisation services for grain storage facilities and other storage facilities, buildings and areas owned by the State Agency for State Reserves and Wartime Stocks at the request of the contracting authority. The performance of the services subject to the contract shall be carried out if necessary and to the extent necessary for the Contracting Authority, without the Contracting Authority committing to request services for the full value of the contract. The requirements for the provision of the services which are the subject of the contract are set out in detail in the technical specifications. Disinfestation and deratisation services shall be carried out in compliance with the requirements of Regulation No 1/05.01.2018 on the conditions and procedure for disinfection, disinfestation and deratisation. For the performance of fumigation and decontamination services, the provisions of Ordinance No 112/13.10.2006 are applicable.
