Description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out regulatory checks on local ventilation equipment (PSM, ETRAF, unidirectional flow hoods, sorbonne) for the benefit of the administrative district of DR Inserm Occitanie Pyrénées and the Grand West DR.
The consultation procedure is an open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 66 to 68 of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement.
This tender procedure will lead to the conclusion of a single successful framework agreement in accordance with Article 78 of the Decree of 25 March 2016.
This framework agreement will give rise to the issue of order forms, in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 80 of the Decree of 25 March 2016.
This framework agreement shall be concluded without a minimum amount or maximum amount.
The duration of the contract shall be 12 months from the date of its notification to the contractor.
