The content of the work of the framework contract to be concluded is the development and maintenance work of the reporting and statistics module TARU of the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (hereinafter the Unemployment Insurance Fund or the contracting authority). TARU was created in 2017 with the aim of querying data from various information systems of the Unemployment Insurance Fund, bringing them into a structured form and creating interlinkages, and then using the results in analysis and data queries, displaying the results as reports in the user interface or on the website of the Unemployment Insurance Fund. TARU therefore consists of two parts: the underlying dataset based on Vertica server (data warehouse) and the business analysis software Tableau running on the data warehouse, which allows the business analysts of the Unemployment Insurance Fund to create reports and share them with end users.
