Description

Дейност 1. Упражняване на строителен надзор по време на строителството, съгласно чл. 166 от Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ). Обхватът на дейностите по осъществяване на строителен надзор по време на строителството е съгласно чл. 168 от ЗУТ, включително координация на строителния процес до въвеждането на обекта в експлоатация.
Дейност 2. Контрол по спазване на условията за безопасност на труда, както и изпълняване функцията на Координатор по безопасност и здраве, съгласно Наредба № 2 от 22.03.2004 г. за минималните изисквания за здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при изпълнението на строително -монтажни работи.
Дейност 3. Изготвяне на технически паспорт съгласно чл. 176а от ЗУТ и Наредба № 5/28.1 2.2006 г. и Изготвяне на окончателен доклад по чл. 168, ал. 6 от ЗУТ.
Дейност 4. Упражняване на строителен надзор по време на отстраняване на проявени скрити дефекти през гаранционните срокове, съобразно с чл. 168, ал. 7 от ЗУТ.
