Framework agreement for current winter maintenance services An I-An IV of national roads and motorways in the administration of the Brasov DRDP – Lot 1 – SDN Brasov, Lot 5 – SDN Sibiu, Lot 4 – SDN Sfantu Gheorghe, Lot 6 – Autostrada A1 Sibiu – Orastie, Lot 7 – Motorway A3 Targu Mures – Iernut – Campia Turzii. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarification/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 160 (1) of Law No 98/2016, the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarification or additional information in relation to the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160 (2) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority shall reply in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarisation/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
