Description

le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture et la livraison de sacs pour la collecte des déchets végétaux sur le territoire de la Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise. Ces sacs sont à destination principalement de l'habitat individuel et une partie des services techniques.L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquentsil sera attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres).
