Description

Acquisition of a new lorry in accordance with the detailed conditions set out in the Technical Data Plate Annex in respect of Lot 1 (1 single cab with long platform L4 van gk) Lot 2 (1 4x4 pick up van gk) Lot 3 (7 double cab with platform and tarpaulin gk.) Lot 4 (2 L2H1 Van closed box van gk.) Lot 5 (1 closed VAN closed box van gk.) Lot 6 (6 closed box vans with 0.6t van gk. for 2 people) Lot 7 (1 combi type gk. for 8+1 people). Upon completion, vehicles must be in possession of a valid Hungarian registration certificate allowing them to participate in road traffic. The contracting authority emphasises that where reference is made to the manufacturer and/or type in this call and in the procurement documents, this was done only in order to clearly define the nature of the subject matter. The tenderer may include in its tender any other vehicle which fulfils the function in question and is equivalent to the one indicated, with the proviso that, in case of doubt, the tenderer must prove equivalence. Tenderers may only bid for vehicles that fully comply with the requirements of the Contracting Authority. In relation to vehicles, the tenderer must also take into account what is described in the procurement documents.
