Produsele ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate sunt destinate a fi utilizate de catre sectiile Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Sf.Apostol Andrei Constanta Lot nr.1- Pachet anestezie loco-regionala Lot nr.2- Pachet abord venos central si periferic Lot nr.3-Pachet consumabile compatibile cu infuzomat fm, infuzomat fmS si infuzomat Space Lot nr.4-Pachet set abord oncologie Lot nr.5-Trusa insertie si cateterizare cu campuri mari si instrumentar inox Lot nr.6-Set recoltare secretii traheale In urma achizitionarii produselor ce fac obiectul prezentului Caiet de sarcini, Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta “Sf. Apostol Andrei”, urmeaza a beneficia de materiale capabile sa satisfaca exigentele impuse de un act medical de inalta performanta Cantitatile minime si maxime ale Acordului Cadru sunt evidentiate in caietul de Sarcini. Cantitatea celui mai mare contract subsecvent pentru fiecare lot este evidentiata in caietul de Sarcini. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor . In conformitate cu prevederile art.161 din legea 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificare/informtiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare.
