Description

Předmětem realizace je novostavba bytového domu v areálu bývalého pivovaru Světovar. Navržený bytový objekt má jedno podzemní podlaží a pět nadzemních podlaží. 1. PP je určené pro podzemní parkování rezidentů, jsou zde dvě vertikální komunikační jádra (schodiště a výtah), technické místnosti a sklepy. 1. NP je také určené pro parkování rezidentů a jsou zde dvě vertikální komunikační jádra (schodiště a výtah), z ulice jsou dva hlavní vstupy do objektu. 3. NP – 5. NP jsou patra určená pro byty, v každém patře jsou dvě vertikální komunikační jádra (schodiště a výtah).
