According to the intervention logic proposed by the Resilient Puna project, through component 1, communities will receive funds to implement Local Initiatives that consist in integrating EbA measures into value chains (e.g Andean crops and camelids) to make them more resilient. These communities will conform Community Monitoring Committees that will set up a baseline, and they will collect information the measure the impact of the EbA measures. They will lead and facilitate the community monitoring process to assess socio-economic, ecosystem and ecosystem service impacts.
