Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of electricity to Mazowieckie Szpital Bródnowskiego w Warszawie Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Of Laws 2012, item 1059 as amended). Energy will be sold under the conditions laid down in the Energy Law Act and in accordance with the implementing provisions, in particular the standards of customer service laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for the Economy of 4.5.2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal Journal of Laws No 93, item 623). The detailed scope and subject matter of the contract are set out in Annex 6 to the ToR.
