Description

Feed yeast. This product will be used in the production of animal feed. VAT rate according to the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the Law on VAT. Order volume 2000 kg. The subject of the contract should meet the above-mentioned quality parameters: - intended for dairy cows, - containing live cultures of yeast Sacharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-1077. Content in 1 kg of product: concentration of CFU 1.0 x 1011 total protein (g) > 220 net energy of lactation (NEL) > 6.5 To confirm the information on the above-mentioned quality parameters of the product, the Ordering Party requires the inclusion in the offer of the means of proof in the form of a product quality attestation or other document confirming the equivalence of the product. The contracting authority does not envisage requesting the contractor to submit the missing evidence in question or to supplement it. Failure to submit this means of proof will result in the rejection of the tender (Article 226 of the Public Procurement Law). Each delivery must be accompanied by a product quality certificate.
