Description

Purchase of medical equipment and equipment for the Hospital Rescue Branch at the Provincial Hospital in Poznań. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into three sub-tasks. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the relevant table annexed to the Specifications – the price form. In accordance with the terms set out in the model contract annexed to the Specifications:
(a) the delivery, installation, commissioning of the equipment at its own expense and efforts,
(b) provide the Contracting Authority with detailed instructions on the use and maintenance of equipment, guarantee cards in Polish
(C) provide the Contracting Authority, at the stage of concluding the contract, with photocopies of the current certificates approving the equipment supplied for use in health-care units,
(D) training of the Contracting Authority’s staff to operate and operate, at the Contracting Office, in the number indicated by
(e) guarantee the quality of the equipment for a period of time.
